Ideas for RWNZ to Consider – Romance Writers of New Zealand

Ideas are great. RWNZ LOVES IDEAS.

RWNZ wants to improve and move the organisation forward. But the devil is in the detail. Unlike RWA and RWAussi, we are an organisation run by volunteers and this has to be remembered when coming up with ideas. Every idea will need a volunteer to oversee it now and into the future….

So, ideas are great, but help the organisation by also indicating how any suggestion would be run. Volunteer not just ideas, but yourself too. Put forward the full package! Show how this idea could work. It is very worthwhile giving back to the organisation. And it doesn’t have to be a long-term commitment.

Any help you can give RWNZ is always greatly appreciated. So when submitting new ideas, think about volunteering. If you have a wonderful idea, don’t just sit back and talk about it. Help make it happen by—you guessed it—volunteering your time to your fellow members.
